Federal Court Rules Against DACA But Leaves Program Intact

The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program was declared illegal by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday, but it also mandated a study of changes made by the Biden administration to strengthen and defend the program.
